Prior to joining CDS, Avanti worked in Investment Banking at Nomura within the Greentech group in San Francisco, CA as a Senior Associate advising clients within the Environmental Services, Energy Technology, and Autonomous vehicle sectors on both buy side and sell side M&A processes and private capital raises.

Outside of work, Avanti enjoys hiking and camping across various national and state parks within the country. She is also a trained dancer with 8 years of Bharat Natyam Experience, a classical dance form from India.
