Alex brings over 10 years of corporate finance and due diligence experience across technology, media, and services sectors.

Prior to joining CDS, Alex was a Director at a boutique investment bank in London, where he led more than 20 sell-side M&A transactions and fundraises, advising clients across the full transaction lifecycle. Before that, he worked in Transaction Services at Eight Advisory in London and Paris, providing financial due diligence support to private equity clients, and began his career in Audit at Deloitte, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Originally from Nottingham, England, Alex recently relocated to San Francisco to join CDS, becoming the firm’s first British hire. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, skiing, running, cycling, and exploring the outdoors.
